ALIANZA DE FUTBOL INKS FOUR-YEAR MEDIA PARTNERSHIP WITH UNIVISION DEPORTES

SAN FRANCISCO - Alianza de Futbol, the most prestigious amateur Hispanic soccer program in the U.S., announced a four-year partnership with Univision Deportes, the leading broadcaster of soccer in the U.S., regardless of language. Univision Deportes will serve as Alianza’s official Spanish-language media partner, strengthening the media company’s position as the Home of Soccer in the U.S.
The new multi-year partnership will showcase the Hispanic community’s passion for soccer and highlight the incredible stories that emerge from the Alianza program each year.
Univision Deportes will have exclusive access to cover the 2019 Alianza de Futbol tour in ten cities across the country and will showcase Alianza content across the Univision Deportes portfolio beginning with the organization’s May 25 event in Atlanta.
At the end of the 2019 season, Univision Deportes will also create a special one-hour program to show the highlights of Allstate Sueño Alianza, the leading scouting program in the U.S. for talented Hispanic youth. Among its recent successes, the Sueño Alianza platform showcased Jonathan González to Liga MX’s Rayados de Monterrey, where he became the 2017 Liga MX rookie of the year and a member of the Mexican National team.

The collaboration agreement for the next four years will begin with the launch of the 2019 Alianza de Futbol tour and its programs: Allstate Sueño Alianza, JUGOtv Copa Alianza, Toyota Copita Alianza, Alianza Femenil, Alianza 5v5 and Alianza Coaching Clinics.
